1. Agreement to Terms

2. Services
We provide website development, design, and related digital services. Specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees will be set forth in separate project agreements or statements of work. These Terms apply to all engagements unless superseded by a signed agreement.
3. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all work product, designs, code, and materials created by us remain our property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, ownership of custom deliverables transfers to the client as specified in the project agreement. We retain the right to use anonymized work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
4. Payment and Refunds
Payment terms are as specified in each project agreement. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment. Deposits and fees for completed work are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific project giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Isostatic Studios, its owners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
7. Modifications
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before material changes take effect, where practicable, by posting the updated Terms on this website and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of our website or services after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance. If you have an active project agreement, we will notify you of material changes via the contact information you provided.
8. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania, and you consent to personal jurisdiction therein.
